Delete your Atlas account
Atlas for Android · ZabCore · last updated 2026‑09‑13
In the app
- Open Atlas and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away and you are signed out.
Without the app
Email zabcoreio@gmail.com
with the subject “Delete my Atlas account”, from the Google account you signed in
with. We match the request to that address, delete the account, and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account: email, name, the name Atlas calls you, your floors and settings, your sessions.
- Everything you logged or said: baselines, trips, stops, fuel, incidents, scored offers,
notes, Atlas’s log, conversations and the debug record of your turns.
- Your forum posts and the threads you started, including replies inside them.
- Bug reports and feedback you sent.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups: nightly backups on our server may still contain your data until they are
removed, which happens automatically after 7 days.
- A deletion record: we keep a random internal account ID and the date it was deleted
— no name, email or Google ID. It exists so that if a backup is ever restored, your data
is deleted again automatically instead of coming back.
- Moderation actions you took on the forum stay in the log without your identity attached.
Things deleting does not do
- It does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel that in Google Play → Payments
& subscriptions.
- It does not touch your Gemini key or xAI account themselves — those belong to Google and
xAI. The app removes its stored copy from your phone.
- You can sign up again later with the same Google account; it starts as a new, empty account.
