Atlas is a dashboard. It takes numbers you give it, does arithmetic on them, and shows you the result. It is not a service provider, a dispatcher, an accountant or an advisor, and it does not act on your behalf with anyone.
Every figure Atlas reports is computed from what you told it — the offer, your fuel baseline, your own minimum margin and hourly floors. Garbage in, garbage out applies literally. A stale MPG or a week‑old gas price produces a confident, wrong number, and the app cannot tell. Check your baseline.
Take or pass is a suggestion against a line you drew. The decision is yours, on the road, with information Atlas does not have. Nothing here is financial, tax, legal or employment advice.
Atlas runs on your AI provider account and key. We do not resell access, we do not fund it, and we do not manage it. If your provider rate‑limits you, runs out of quota or refuses a request, that is between you and them — Atlas will say plainly that it was their refusal rather than pretend to be broken, and that is the whole of our obligation there.
Atlas is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Walmart Inc. or the Spark Driver platform. You are responsible for complying with the terms of whatever platform you drive for. Atlas does not read, scrape, automate, or interact with any delivery app; you speak or type the numbers yourself.
Atlas is meant to be spoken to so your hands stay on the wheel and your eyes stay on the road. Do not operate the app, read the screen, or type into it while driving. Obey the law where you are. You are responsible for your own driving, full stop.
Posts are visible to other Atlas users. Do not post other people’s personal information, customer details, or addresses. You are responsible for what you post — including anything that identifies you. Posts that dox someone, harass, or break the law get removed and the account with them.
Paid tiers, when offered, are billed through Google Play and governed by Google Play’s own refund and cancellation policy. Cancel at any time in Play; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Atlas is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZabCore is not liable for lost earnings, missed offers, indirect or consequential damages, or any decision you made with a number on your screen. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid for Atlas in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using Atlas and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, attacks the infrastructure, or breaks these terms.
If these terms change, the date above changes with them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
